O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you.  I detest all my sins because of your just punishments.  But most of all because they offend you, my God, who are good and deserving of all my love. 
I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more, and to avoid the near occasion of sin.

Señor mío y Dios mío, reconozco que soy pecador.   He pecado contra ti y contra mi prójimo.  Me arrepiento del mal que he hecho, porque me hice indigno de tu amor y merecedor de tu castigo.  Confió en tu misericordia porque tu Hijo Jesús murió por mí en la cruz.
Te pido que me perdones a imploro tu gracia para cumplir mi propósito de no ofenderte más.
